This was not an ideal spot soundwise (like other tapers experienced) as the main speakers were aimed at the higher seating area, so mainly the stage sound was captured and Neil's vocals were often less present. Apart from this the recording captured the great atmosphere in the venue both due to Neil putting down an excellent performance and great response from the French Audience. Highlights for me were: "Cortez The Killer" (great guitar solos), A surprising "Wrecking Ball" (Larry came with the Gibson, but Neil walked to the Piano and a mic had to be arranged quickly), a double version of a new song "Sea Change" (Neil was clearly enjoying himself to play this song twice and also hear his comments on the Full Moon), the grand finale with an electric version of "Cowgirl In The Sand" followed by Neil's "one more" to the band members and starting off jumping with the whole band followed by a crowd the went completely excited on "Rockin' In The Free World". Miscellaneous: - Artwork not included, but adding your creations are very welcome ! - Adviced track splitting: CD 1: 1-13 / CD 2: 14-21. Enjoy this recording ! Wonderful
